General Accounting
Can include all data entries, preparation of invoices &
purchase orders; payroll; registration of checks received and sent; monthly
financial statements.(many companies like to do some of these functions
themselves and have summaries entered by their Accounting Service.) We will
follow your direction.

Preparation of Flexible Budget (Profit Projections)
We  would like to give you a risk free, limited  time offer to demonstrate
that we are serious.
We will prepare a Flexible Budget for  your company with no obligation
on your part. It would be prepared on a disc  and shipped to you. If you do
not  find it useful, merely return the disc and inform us of you  decision not to use
this information. If you do find it useful, our fee is US $400.00  and will be
billed 10 days after you receive the  program.
To do this we would need a copy of one of your  Profit & Loss Statements.
(Preferably for a full year, however, six months, three months or one month will
suffice.)
We would sign a confidentiality agreement and do the work on a disc. This
information would never be entered on our hard drive. You will need
Excel installed on your computer.

Cash Flow Calculations
This includes Actual Cash Flow for the period and projected Cash Flow for
a future period.

Cost Estimating
This document is used to estimate the cost and recommended selling price
for your products or services.
